Whether you're in the mood for sun and surf, or quiet serenity, this ideal location allows you to easily have both at your discretion. The beautiful open floor plan creates a great atmosphere for dining, leisure, and relaxation featuring living room with a fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with seating for six. All rooms feature HDTV's, premium cable programming, very fast WIFI and ceiling fans for keeping cool. This condo offers you two outdoor options adjacent to the living area - both a screened in and covered porch, and an open balcony to enjoy watching the wildlife, the boaters and the vibrant colors of the sunsets! This prime, mid-town location is convenient to an abundance of restaurants and watering holes including Ropewalk, Layton's on 92nd, Liquid Assets and more - plus you can hop in your car and drive a few miles to visit Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park or the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Located just a block and a half to the ocean, you won't have much of a trek to get to the sand and surf, and if the beach isn't your thing, just head up to the fantastic rooftop pool to relax and take in the breathtaking views and cool water. The private pier is available to guests for all your fishing, crabbing, boating and other aquatic endeavors. When the time comes to unwind and get some rest, recline in the primary suite with a king sized bed, HDTV and amazing private bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub. Additional sleeping quarters include the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed and accompanying guest bath, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non Smoking, Non Vaping. No pets please. Not available for group rentals under the age of 25 such as high school or college graduates. Kitchen is stocked with all your needs and up to date and clean. The bayside view was fabulous. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened in side. Sunsets and watching wildlife on the open side of the balcony. Only issues we found were the bedrooms were a bit bright with the lights on the walkway area but well lit and made it very safe feeling. We just hair tied a beach towel across the windows at night. Also the carpets could you a good steam cleaning. I feel this could be normal for the end of the season. Overall, a great property with beautiful sunset, cozy and bright decor along with a great location. We would stay here again. ##### Evonne B. The location at 85th St is perfect! It's located on bay with a private pier for boating, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing but only a 2 block walk to the beach and you cross at a traffic light and a crosswalk! Great covered parking as well as 2 elevators for hauling luggage. On Tuesday nights through Labor Day, The Ropewalk restaurant (one street down) has fireworks which you can view from the front balcony, the roof top pool, and parking lot! We had the most beautiful view of the sunset over the bay from our private balcony ever evening! This condo complex is surrounded with a ton of restaurants and family fun activities And it's conveniently located right behind an Exxon station and Wine Rack to quick stops walking to the beach 😉 We have stayed at numerous locations in Ocean City but my family and I have all agreed we will be staying at the Captiva Bay from now on! ##### Greg D.
