Enjoy a sun-splashed deck where you can dine at sunset, a light-filled living space with lofty ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. You'll be treated to central air conditioning to keep you cool, free WiFi to keep you connected, and a private washer/dryer to keep your bathing suits and beach towels fresh and ready. Here at Hidden Harbour, the broad ocean beach is just three blocks east. You'll be within walking distance of the community's outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, 58-acre Northside Park (which has walking and jogging paths, playgrounds, two piers, several ball fields, and events throughout the year), Dumser's Dairyland, The Fractured Prune, and all sorts of restaurants, eateries, bars, shops, and sources of entertainment along Coastal Highway. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
