This large home offers six bedrooms, five full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom, an open living area and multiple balconies. The living area features a large living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, wet-bar and a half-bathroom. Ample windows and doors throughout the living area provide a lot of nice, natural light. There is a balcony off of the living area that provides a nice view of the beach and the ocean. This a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom and an ocean view balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, single bed and a television. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a television. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom and an ocean view balcony. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed and a television. The sixth bedroom features two sets of bunk-beds and a television. The additional full-bathrooms are centrally located and easily accessible from their adjacent bedrooms. Amenities include onsite parking and an outdoor pool that is shared with the neighboring home. The beach, restaurants, shopping, Northside Park, amusements and more are all within a short walk. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #63286 General Policies Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old. The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund. Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims. Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment. Cancellation Policy All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time. We had a great stay. Overall the property was a good fit for us - definitely had some maintenance issues and needs some TLC, but nothing that was a major deal-breaker. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the property was mostly as described. It was fairly clean, with some areas that seemed not to be cleaned recently). Maintenance issues were mostly small things, like missing light bulbs, broken outlets, HVAC floor vents loose, etc. The bathroom near the pool is in dire need of a tear-down. We had one brave soul willing to use it, but everyone else steered clear for the trip. Some things safety issues, like loose railings on the 3rd floor balcony, and exposed copper wire in a bedside lamp cord. We also had to adjust the pool gate so it would close properly behind us, to make sure the young kids would not get in accidentally. We were also not expecting to need to put linens on all beds ourselves, and distribute towels to all the bathrooms. I have not experienced that with a VRBO property before, and it was a pain with people arriving at different times the first night. The location is AWESOME. The beach is just a few minutes walk, and it's along a less-used access way. Grocery store just a few minutes away, and lots of nearby activities - mini-golf, ice cream shops, etc. Overall - we would definitely stay in this area again, though likely not at this property. ##### Alison W.
