Must be 25 years old to rent and must be one of occupants. Starting the last week in June through September the property is only available for weekly rentals with a Saturday check-in. Three night minimum during off-season. The unit is on the 3rd floor and has 2 reserved parking spaces. Rent this beautiful 2,000 square foot condo in downtown Ocean City. We loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and local shoppes without having to drive. The location was perfect for family and younger children. It was a lovely area. We enjoyed a great stay at this condo! From the start, the owner responded very quickly to questions. Location is great for us.... One room was great for our boys (we had 4 but you could have fit more!), plus two private bedrooms for the adults! The kitchen has everything you need. There were nine of us and we had plenty of space. It is very well equipped, just like home. It's so conveniently located to everything. It's a short walk to the boardwalk, rides and arcades. There are places to fish within walking distance. The Catholic church is three blocks away. There is a market / small grocery store close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
