Must be 25 years old to rent and must be one of occupants. Starting the last week in June through September the property is only available for weekly rentals with a Saturday check-in. Three night minimum during off-season. The unit is on the 3rd floor and has 2 reserved parking spaces. Rent this beautiful 2,000 square foot condo in downtown Ocean City. Great location near the inlet, on the corner of Wicomico and Philadelphia. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. Just across the street is Dumser's home made ice cream. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing linen service. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towel are provided. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where there’s always something to do. We did a boat tour to see the fireworks over the ocean which was beautiful and just a short walk to the dock. We were there for the week of July 4th and had 2 assigned parking spots, luckily we only had 1 vehicle because when we came back from dinner before going for fireworks someone had parked in one of our spots ( there were 2 other renters at the same time that encountered the same problem). There’s a sign in the building that says parking is strictly enforced and ro ca the city for problems, they told us to call the towing company (who is also listed on the sign) and they in turn told us they can’t do anything unless the owner themselves call…needless to say the strict parking policy was not enforced. I don’t know what we would have done if we had brought 2 vehicles because it was a zoo with people coming to watch the fireworks. We rented linen which was more convenient than having to bring all of that as well, but a bit pricey. Everything was clean but we aren’t sure if the mattress covers, pillows and comforters were washed between renters. We had a bed we weren’t using that had dirty pillows and there were popcorn kernels/crumbs on the bed. After removing my sheets, there was a lot of hair on the mattress protector.
