Come stay in this amazing home and have yourself a Delmarvalous time! Located on the Delaware/Maryland line, the home is conveniently located to allow easy access to both MD and DE beaches along with a short drive to tax free shopping and the outlets in Rehoboth. The golfers in your group will enjoy the challenging Jack Nicklaus golf course located at Bayside while the rest of the family can utilize the jet ski/boat rentals, water park, miniature golf and even laser tag just that are all just a short drive away. You are going to love the awesome dining options that are within walking distance including Catch 54, Papa Grande’s, Harpoon Hanna’s and High Stakes! This fantastic home is ready to make some summer memories. The large layout gives everyone plenty of room to stretch out and the five bedrooms and four bathrooms are great for larger families. On the first level, you will find the garage along with a living area with a TV and a sleeper sofa couch. There is also a full bath. On the main level there are two bedrooms (both queen beds) and a full bath. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash and this well stocked kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. Plenty of seating for the family with seating at the table and breakfast bar. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with the first having bunk beds, the second a queen bed and those two bedrooms share a full bath. The main bedroom is also located here and has a king size bed and a full bath. There is free wi-fi for those of that must stay connected along with cable TV. The kids will love the ping pong table in the garage! The full-size washer and dryer will come in handy during your trip. Sorry no parking in the garage but the driveway will comfortably four cars. There was ample parking for 5 cars.The location was good. The towel bar in the main level bathroom had been torn from the wall and stored under the sink, so we didn’t have a towel bar.The host, David, was responsive to my questions. And check in was smooth.The only issue I had was the manner in which he replied. I asked him what type of coffee machine was there because the description of what was there said subject to change. I asked the day before our arrival so that I would know what type was currently there. David simply copy and pasted that paragraph, with the ‘subject to change’ statement! Quick trip with extended family and it worked out very well. You can walk to Harpoon Hannahs for lunch / dinner. The beach ia a short drive away and Fenwick has a state park nearby. You need to get to the park before 10 if you want to get a spot. The park fills up and then you have to wait for people to leave to gain entrance. Beach at the park is not crowded and they have restrooms and some snacks on site. Kids rode scooters in the neighborhood and you can see the fireworks from Northside park (sundays in the park) if you walk down the street. ##### Grant R. Loved all the extra space for various aged kids and adults with different bed times! Kids had fun playing ping pong. Only thing I would change: was told linens were not included, so packed all sheets and towels to then arrive and find out they were included! ##### Jenny S.
