Large 1 bed, 1.5 bath, nicely updated unit offers a large balcony and amazing views of the ocean and beach. Located on the top floor, you will enjoy the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the bay. The oversized living area offers wall to wall glass that brings the ocean and the beach into the unit. Walk to Dead Freddie's, Longboard Cafe, Fager's Island, Alley Oops, and all of the great midtown hot spots. Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX The Neighborhood: Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
