It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Unit was relatively clean but could have been better. Unit needed some maintenance, the handle on the sliding door was barely holding on and the clothes drying rack for the balcony was broken. Also, closet space is limited. One of the the two closets in the master bedroom was locked with owners items which we understand but the closet that was left was full of vacuums and bath mats. Closet in 2nd bedroom was limited do to the water heater being in there. ##### Randall K. This condo has toys/games for the kiddos. Every kitchen appliance you can think of and we the outside closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, tons of sand toys and games. The cleaners can do a bit of a more thorough job but other than that the place itself is a gem. ##### Breanne N. We have stayed dozens of places in Ocean City and this was one of our favorites - HANDS DOWN. The only negative was Vantage Realty and their initial and continued failure to properly communicate the current and on going issues/items affected by COVID-19 - like no pillows or blankets being available in the condo or if the property pool was actually open or not. ##### Ronald G.
