The kitchen is equipped with everything you or the chef of the group could need to work your magic. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Max Occupancy per Local Regulations is six. All children count towards occupancy, regardless of age. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card per parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Sep 1, 2022 #### Fun Family Stay We had a great experience staying at 1H in Highpoint North. It was My Husband, our two teenagers, and myself. We traveled with 4 other families who stayed in other condos at Highpoint North and Highpoint South. So let me say that there are plenty of upgrades inside this unit compared to other units. Beautiful tile work throughout. Nice and comfortable furniture. Fully stocked kitchen and beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, toys, rafts, etc. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and then some. Great pool level large balcony with plenty of furniture. The outside of the building itself shows its age. However, the important thing to us was that the pool and deck area are lovely, updated, and well kept.
