Top to bottom renovation with new design and decor completed in February 2024! This charming HGTV inspired property is inviting, comfortable, and functional. Its bright and beachy theme, custom decor, and welcoming ambience will transition guests to "Island Time" as soon as they step through the front door! Nestled in a quiet residential area in Ocean City, Maryland's highly sought out downtown district - Summer Breeze Beach Condo boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen with a large 6 seat counter height table and two separate 2 seater counter height dining tops that can also be used for "work from home". The Great Room has plenty of seating to include a large sofa with a queen size sleeper, an oversized chair with a twin sleeper, and a large bench. Adjacent to the Great Room is a bar with a beverage fridge that can hold up to 12 bottles. This property has a private 8' x 21' covered outdoor living space with a four bench dining table, two chairs with a small table, and a shed with pool and beach equipment: noodles, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas with sand anchors, a beach wagon, and four beach chairs - all within 75 feet of the condo association's outdoor pool. And towels This was our first time staying not in a hotel and we loved it. Our travelers included city dwellers and southern Californian beach city folks who LOVE east coast beaches.
