But, there was ample parking on the street majority of the time so it was not too terrible to find for the additional car. It was roomy enough for us to spread out and large enough for us to all gather together for dinner and games. Since this a lower unit the balcony provides a nice view of the ocean but not the beach. The location is great clean place. Direct beach access and storage full of beach accessories, like carts toys boards. Covered parking. I wish they included sheets, they offered sheet rental for $250, little pricey.
