The cleanliness and overall upkeep was impeccable. Checkin was extremely convenient as well. Only thing that would help is to add one parking pass per number of bedrooms. But, there was ample parking on the street majority of the time so it was not too terrible to find for the additional car. It was roomy enough for us to spread out and large enough for us to all gather together for dinner and games. Since this a lower unit the balcony provides a nice view of the ocean but not the beach.
