Tucked back in a quiet development on Sparrow Lane in Ocean City is an absolutely stunning renovated Townhome, lovingly named Driftwood. An end home situated back off the main street, this beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home has been completely re-done with no detail overlooked. This is the perfect home for the family looking for a beach getaway that is close to it all, yet still in a quiet and family friendly environment. Even better, Driftwood allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays! As you walk up the steps and enter this beautiful home, you will instantly feel transported to a cool, crisp island retreat. The first floor open living area is the perfect place to gather together to relax in the cozy, new furniture in the AC, enjoy the Free WiFi, and stream a movie on the large, flat screen TV. The couch also opens up to a Queen Sleeper Sofa, sleeping 2\. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area. The Kitchen in this home is sure to WOW the chef in your family. With a beautiful, custom backsplash, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and all the conveniences of home, cooking meals while on vacation in this home will be a delight instead of a chore! The kitchen is also home to the dining area with a dining table large enough to seat the whole family for meal time, or for a fun family game night! This level also is home to a convenient powder room and laundry room. Just beyond the kitchen, you can slip out the back sliding door, and relax on the private, enclosed patio area, complete with table and chairs. There is even a separate entrance that will allow you to access this home’s outdoor shower, so everyone can rinse off after a day of fun in the sun at the beach! As you make your way upstairs to the bedrooms you will find Bedroom 3 at the top of the steps to the left. With a fun sea foam color, 2 Twin beds, and a Flat Screen Smart TV, this room is a great place for your little ones to drift off to sleep! Bedroom 2 is right next door, a serene escape with a cool, calming blue theme, a cozy Queen Bed and a Flat Screen Smart TV. There is also a shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub combo just outside the door in the hall! At the end of the hall is the Primary Bedroom. A true masterpiece with a plush King Bed against a gorgeous shiplap wall, this room also has a Flat Screen Smart TV, and attached Bath. The Primary Bath is like walking into a Spa!
