When it comes to outdoor living, this splendid retreat offers a comfy front porch where you can admire beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the gliding swing or rocking chair. The front deck has stairs, as well as a ramp. An outdoor shower is provided behind the house should you need to rinse off the sand after a thrilling day at the beach. You enter the home through a large sunroom that has an outdoor high-top table and chairs, an outdoor sectional, ceiling fans, a 60-inch smart TV, and a bar with a water cooler, a mini-fridge, and an ice maker. The beach chairs and sand toys are in a cubby by the back door. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one welcoming space. Spread out comfortably on the large sectional and stream fun shows and movies on the large 60-inch smart TV. Alexa is available in case you feel like playing your favorite tunes while cooking. The kitchen has been upgraded with a brand new range/stove as well as a new fridge and a new Keurig that makes a full pot or single serve. The main bedroom is spacious and perfect for a good night's sleep - it boasts a 60-inch smart TV and an en suite bath. The bunk bedroom has a smart TV with a DVD player and Xbox One X. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. There’s a lot of clutter in the kitchen drawers and we found some dirty dishes as well. If you plan to cook there I would advise bringing your own cookware, utensils, and dish ware. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and a good spot to walk your dogs if you bring them. One of the comforters had a blood stain on it which we found pretty gross. Overall, we made it work and stayed about 4 nights. It’s a good place for a quick trip but might not be the best if you’re staying longer. ##### anh l. The place gets extremely hot in the afternoon especially when people are getting showers and we are making dinner. Fans were provided but not helpful. Front porch is awesome (flat screen, ice maker, mini fridge, comfy seating for all, and great decor). Seating and beds are comfy inside. Light switches and heating controls are not easy to find. Would be helpful to have a little book with info like that available. I could not find the heat control in the master bedroom and it was 10,000 degrees each night. Could not open windows for relief. Conversely, air conditioning was stuck on in the main house and it was freezing. I searched for half an hour how to turn it off but was not successful. I had ro turn off the breaker in the power box! Pups enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Location is great! Quick walk to get to places to eat. Looking forward to coming again!
