Makai is conveniently located near the convention center, restaurants, bars, & shopping! Book your stay today! POOL ACCESS: The indoor pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season. LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED! We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay. Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels. Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap. Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay. The customer service team was also very responsive when the keypad no longer worked due to the battery dying. In terms of the cons we were unable to check in until around 4:20 as the cleaning staff was still there when we arrived at 4\.
