Bon emplacement
Bon hôtel si on prend une chambre "ocean front". Bon emplacement. Le wifi est inclus, mais son accessibilité est variable. Il faut se reconnecter souvent.

We booked Oceanfront view room; however, we were put in a ground & handicap oceanfront room; no privacy, unsafe, & could not see the ocean view good. We told the front desk we were not happy with the room and asked to change to an upper level room & they said because we booked through Expedia so we could not allowed to change. Very very disappointed!

Was very pleased with the staff and the hotel… Cindy did an excellent job of checking us in… Nikia the manager was very informative of what restaurants were open… the captains table was great for breakfast and dinner… will be coming back soon…

Great View, not so great smell!
The view was amazing, the staff super friendly, however our room smelled of cat urine. Upon check in we noticed the smell and reported it to the front desk. We were told that there were no other rooms available and they sent someone to febreze the room. The febreze did not help. We didn’t leave because they had already charged my car and we really had no where else to do that was ocean front. I reported it again to the front desk. I will be waiting for a call from the manager to see how they are going to rectify the issue.

Birthday Weekend
Stayed here for weekend to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Beautiful hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Jimmy, the bartender did a great job. Honestly, drink prices weren't that bad. Lower than what I expect at a hotel. Only a few issues. The Guide button on the television in the room didn't work so there was no way to know what station you were on when you were changing stations. No guide in the room. When you change to a station, no number pops up to say you are on 38 or 39. Bottles in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body gel are medium grey in color. The writing was a medium green and was very hard to read. My wife had the same issue. In the pool Friday night, the towels provided were extremely tiny. Saturday were normal towels, maybe there was a shortage on Friday night. These are very minor issues. We would definitely be back and will stay here again.

Great stay with one suggestion :D
Everything was great. Rooms, recycle made easy, food, (Captain's on site) everything. One recommendation, when signing in they ask for your car info for a parking pass, but they didn't ask for the license plate #. This would have been helpful because they called me saying the door of my van was open, but it wasn't my van. Had they taken the license number instead of just a description of the car, I wouldn't have had to get dressed to go down and discover it wasn't my car.

We went in January for a two day stay. The hotel was right on the beach, which we wanted. Clean and comfortable, but not fancy. It was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel, and we ate dinner there the first night. Huge and delicious pork chop, generous servings. Never got around to using the pool or exercise room, but they looked OK. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk.
