You’ll also find plenty of shops, restaurants, and local attractions nearby -- the convention center is less than a mile from your retreat. THINGS TO KNOW The TVs in the bedrooms are not functional. This unit is located on the first floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs. (There are no elevators.) Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. The no smoking policy includes interiors of individual condominiums (vents in each stack connect such that smoke travels), balconies, walkways, garages and parking decks. Violations will lead to a fine. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Sep 15, 2024 #### Location is great and that's about it Bring your bleach and be ready to clean. Unit needs a deep clean and repairs. Cleaning crew does minimal cleaning between guests. We found dishes covered in food in cabinets and drawers. Broken chair on balcony, broken glass left in cabinets, toilet paper holder broken off wall, tv console broken, queen bed is broken at an angle so you're rolling into each other. Sheets were clean but rough and comforter on queen bed stained with blood and who knows what else. I always bring my own bedding to avoid having to use what's there. Towels where all fresh and abundant. The unit is set up nicely and the location is great it just needs a deep cleaning/repair overall. No parking passes were left at the unit. We reached out to local staff and they said we could pick them up instead of dropping them to us. Shared all this with staff at local and corporate vacasa including pictures and an email and have heard nothing else from them. I was asked if we wanted someone to come rectify the issues but we had handled most already and the few bigger things need to be done when no one is there. ##### Bree M.
