The Space:

Close to OC Convention Center. Units offer kitchen, central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Building includes exercise room, billiards room and indoor pool. Elevator. No pets, please. The highlights of the Makai are lovely indoor pool, nicely equipped fitness room, billiard room with several pool tables and lots of open space for entertaining or simply relaxing out of your condo. All the amenities of a hotel but with the convenience of a condo, conveniently situated between the ocean and the bay, with spectacular views of the sunset from the open deck on the east side of the building. It is a short distance to the OC Convention Center, awesome places to eat and/or to sip on a beer or cocktail. Enjoy! NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
