Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The unit was well furnished with beachy decorative touches. It unfortunately rained all week for us so we couldnt really take advantage of the pool and beach as we wished. But we made the best of it. It was very handy to use the laundry and we cooked in for breakfast and lunch. As for areas to improve: the towels were very thin and scratchy. One bedroom comforter had a red stain on it and appeared too small for the bed itself. It would also be helpful to have a cheat sheet on how to crank up the blinds to the porch to enjoy the view. We had a property manager come who was very helpful with advice of the area. Thank you. ##### Nancy S.
