Welcome to this newly constructed beach house in North Ocean City! This delightful vacation rental offers a comfortable and inviting stay for your beach getaway. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's perfect for families looking to unwind and enjoy all the OC has to offer.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by a modern and spacious interior. The living area is tastefully furnished with cozy seating, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the endless attractions throughout the 10-mile Strech in this resort town. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite delicious meals.  
  
The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Each room features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and lovely decor. The two bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, ensuring that everyone can freshen up without any hassle.  
Bedroom 1: - 1 king size bed  
Bedroom 2: - 2 single size beds  
Bedroom 3: - 4 double size beds  
  
Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival  
  
In the driveway can park up to 4 cars. Street parking is also available on a 1st come basis. No smoking/vaping in the house nor on any part of the property.  
  
This house is in an R-1 Designated area of OC that restricts unrelated guests to no more than 4. This property has a maximum of 8 persons, so 5 would have to be blood related or by marriage. This information must be indicated when making the reservation and must be verified upon request from Bluvista Vacation Rentals.  
  
Outside, you'll find a cozy patio where you can enjoy the fresh ocean air as the beach is just a few blocks away.

1\. Northside Park: This expansive park offers a variety of recreational activities including walking trails, playgrounds, sports fields, and a fishing pier. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. And Northside Park is not only a beautiful outdoor space but also a hub for various events and activities throughout the year, from concerts to festivals, sports tournaments to family-friendly activities, Northside Park offers something for everyone.  
2\. Fenwick Island State Park: Just a short drive away, this state park offers pristine beaches, nature trails, and stunning coastal views. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.  
3\. Old Pro Golf: Enjoy a fun-filled day of mini-golf at this family-friendly attraction. With unique and challenging courses, it's a great activity for all ages.  
4\. Thunder Lagoon Waterpark: Beat the heat and cool off at this exciting waterpark. Featuring thrilling slides, lazy rivers, and splash zones, it's a perfect spot for some aquatic fun.  
  
Please understand that this property does not allow for any "Senior Week" or group rentals with any guest under the age of 25. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.

#### Great Beach House for a Family

We enjoyed our annual beach trip at this beautiful property. The house was as described, great location and excellent very quick communication, answering questions / requests. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room. This is our favorite part of OC and would book again.

#### Family beach trip

Overall this property was perfect for our family. House was very clean and close to the beach. Only 2 blocks from the Delaware border which makes it nice for tax free shopping and eating out at restaurants. Would definitely rent here again.
