Participate in the full beach experience, be in the center of everything, revel in the gorgeous views of the ocean and the boardwalk - all from your balcony! This condo has great views, is just steps to the beach, and is surrounded by family-friendly activities. This location can't be beat! This is an Oceanfront condo, located in the beautiful 'Belmont Towers' on the boardwalk! Steps from Thrashers Fries and Fishers Popcorn. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Family room has 47 inch HDTV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, high speed internet and unlimited local and long distance calling. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with jetted whirlpool tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a private full bathroom (Tub/Shower combination). Bedroom 3 has 1 full and 1 Twin size bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a shared bathroom with the hallway access. There is a large stand up shower. All bedrooms have Tempur-pedic style beds and include flat screen HDTV and DVD player. This location includes everything you and your family need while at the beach. Great for kids. NOTE: This is not a Senior Grade Rental. Linens are not provided, but are available for a fee. Your sheets and towels are delivered on check in date, beds made and picked up on your date of departure for the price of $145, this includes sheets for all the beds including pull out sleep sofa and 9 sets of bath towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels. The only thing you would need to do is strip the beds and put the soiled sheets and towels in the laundry bags and leave them in the primary bedroom for pick up. From the moment you walk in, you will fall in love with the view, the decor and everything in between! And, best of all, you will have the complete feeling of serenity as you sit on the deck and watch the sunrise and sunsets literally on the beach in front of you! This is truly one of the nicest oceanfront units we’ve ever stayed at. Jami was a delight to work with and made the renting process very simple. I am already looking at dates for a return visit. The only complaint I have is now ocean city is having an event called oceans calling. The city shut down the beach in front of our condo and every morning starting at 6:30 am they started construction that ruined the beach experience with sounds of beeping and bangs. No fault of Belmont Tower at all. Our condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was in need of a good scrubbing as it had algae growth on the walls. ##### Kristine S. Aug 26, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### The cleanliness and They were ants in the master bedroom and the living room It was a beautiful condo we loved it there it was only two issues whoever the cleaning company that clean prior to us coming in did not do a very good job cleaning the sinks the toilets the floors the bedding everything was just not very well maintained and clean also there was ants in the master bedroom on the nightstand bed flooring We went to the local supermarket and got some ant spray because we had ants on us but other than them two issues everything was fine the keypads were there everything was there all the check was great like I said the cleaning whoever is cleaning you may wanna get with them and keep an eye on them because it didn’t clean very well at all and the ants that was it thank you so much ##### Gary S. Upon arrival my family and I were in awe, the condo is nicer in person than what you expect from viewing the pictures. It is clean and well taken care of. All the appliances you need are there. It is in the perfect spot, I did not get into my car once the whole week I was there other than to get some groceries, over the bridge. This condo is right in the middle of all the action. No need to search for parking, because you are right there, everything is within walking distance. The beach was beutiful and so well maintained. There is a little play area right in front of the condo on the beach for little ones. The beach is swept every night... it is so clean and the ocean is fantastic. You could see the dophins from the room, bring binoculars. The sunrise is amazingly beautiful. We plan to visit again next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It really is worth every penny. Jami was wonderful to work with and more helpful than she needed to be. It was one of the most hassel free vacations I have ever enjoyed.
