Broad Marsh is conveniently located near the Route 90 Bridge in one of the quietest and least-crowded sections of Ocean City. It is within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants, and only minutes away from the Boardwalk, rides, shopping, recreational sports, and world-class golf. And you're less than two blocks from the beach! This home offers serenity the minute you enter the ground floor. Head up to the living room, which boasts hardwood floors, a cambric queen sofabed, a colorful chair and matching ottoman, a striped armchair, and a TV. Admire the seahorses on the walls as you savor a glass of wine after dinner. Patio doors lead to a lovely deck, perfect for that morning cup of joe. The kitchen and dining areas are open and inviting. You get a gourmet space with stainless steel appliances and many accouterments to make your repast one that will be talked about for years to come. The dining table features comfortable seating for four as well as two wooden benches, making it a great spot for guests. Glass doors open to a beautiful balcony with views of the bay and beyond. This home has four bedrooms including two primaries. The primary suite boasts a king bed in a brass frame with a seashell coverlet, wooden furniture, and an en-suite full bath with a standalone shower and bench seating. Head out onto the balcony for romantic views of the bay. The primary master offers a queen bed with a beach theme and beautiful antiques. The third bedroom features a queen bed with a nautical theme throughout, from the coverlet to the ship model on the dresser. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for the children. You get two additional bathrooms as well as a half bath on the ground level near the garage. This three-story home offers free WiFi and a private washer and dryer. There's also covered parking on the ground level for one car. THINGS TO KNOW TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises. The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. We loved all the balconies and having a garage. The house was clean with nice tall ceilings. The neighborhood is very well kept and an easy walk to Dunkin, which is a necessity for me and my coffee addiction. Our only downside was we could not get a late checkout and trying to add an additional night was a challenge. But that is more of a problem with VRBO. Many restaurants and attractions close by. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and worked for our family. The family enjoyed using the pool. Drawbacks include shabby furniture in the living room, broken bed frame in the master suite. There were 3 balconies, however only one had two chairs to use. The other two were empty. Walking distance to beach, pool, mini golf, Dunkin and other restaurants. Plenty of space and rooms. Garage access to store beach stuff. Dog friendly. Wifi and cable included. Cons: Upon our arrival, the upstairs hallway was not vaccummed. There was clumps of pet hair and stains. The dryer did not work either. It could use a hose for the front spigot to wash away the beach sand and a few counter chairs in the kitchen would have been nice. The issue is the sofa bed needs to replaced immediately. Very old and torn out and not worth. All the furniture in the living room needs to replaced. Kitchen should be stocked with enough Pots and Pans. Wine opener is missing too. So stock up. Other looks good, nice house, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. You can provide basic supplies a little more generously so one do not have to run to buy more toilet papers. With our request, coffee maker was replaced the next day. Appreciated the quick response. These are hard wired so taking the batteries out didn’t work to silence them. We checked in right at 4 pm and I notified them right away- they said they were working on having someone there to fix them. 7pm rolls around and no one had came to the house. I send multiple messages and had numerous phone calls with them. No one ever came that day so we went out and got batteries our self and replaced them. The next morning someone finally texted saying they were on the way to resolve the issue - but we had already fixed it. I had my dog with me who was scared of the alarms and wouldn’t eat due to his anxiety. After we fixed it ourselves we had a great stay. House is spacious, rooms are nice. Jun 19, 2025 #### Nice Townhouse The home was very spacey, there was 8 of us and a dog and we all had plenty of space. It was 2 blocks from the beach , quick walk even though you have to cross the highway going to the light it was very easy with taking belonging there. For the most part it as quiet on some nights young kids were yelling and screaming until 3 in the morning. Only the living room area had a working TV. If doing some cooking , could use more pots and pans and baking sheets. There was a faucet out front, however would be nice a hose was there to help with the sand. Garage was spaceful and there was beach chairs however we didn’t use them we had brought our own. There is a big balcony out front would be nice to have chairs out there to sit. The only chairs on the balcony is on the deck off the kitchen in the back, which was nice. It was not a far walk to the bus stop for the shuttle and there was restaurants close by to walk to. There was off street parking which was nice. Even though we had rainy weather we all enjoyed our stay and would come back again. ##### Valerie Y. Feb 9, 2023 #### Duck hunting family trip This place is in a great location. We had 7 guest and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean upon our arrival. We could tell previous guest at some point had been rough on the house. Everything worked and was fully functional. I don't want to complain because our weekend worked out perfect for us but the sofa mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Our Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay here. Jul 26, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy During check in we had no AC. The house finally cooled down that night. The house itself was not properly cleaned and it was apparent that it had not been appropriately maintained for renting to families.The carpet on the steps to the upstairs and the upstairs carpet was full of black marks, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in more than just months. The blind in one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken, crooked, and wouldn't close. Both windows let in so much light we had to hang one of our own light weight blankets over it in order to sleep. The dryer didn't work. It took over 24 hours to even get someone to look at it to tell us it needed to be replaced, which it never was. We had 6 adults and 5 children with no dryer. There were ants everywhere! We felt it best to throw away food that was in closed boxes since so many ants were crawling over it. We lost power for several hours on Wednesday afternoon. We didn't have wifi for 2 days because the code given to us didn't work.
