When you enter this breathtaking 18th Floor Condo, you’ll feel on top of the world with stunning Views of the Ocean, Bay, and OC Skyline - it is in the perfect Location. Close to everywhere you want to be, it’s the perfect home base! This building offers it all, including a Year-Round, Indoor Pool, Basketball & Tennis Courts, Sauna, and so much more! With an Open Floor Plan and spacious Living and Dining Areas, this is a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with your loved ones. The Living Area is a great place to kick back after a day of sun and fun with plush Furnishings, Flat Screen Cable TV, Free WiFi, and a wall of windows facing the Ocean and the Bay. Just outside the Living Area is the Balcony with Sitting Area and stunning Views in every direction. Watch the Sunrise with your morning coffee, and the Sunset over the Bay with a glass of Pinot....it doesn’t get much better than this! The wrap-around Breakfast Bar is the perfect place to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach, which is only steps away. There is also seating for 6 at the large Dining Table. If you prefer to dine out while on vacation, check out one of many fine OC Restaurants within walking distance, including The Greene Turtle, Sophias, Liquid Assets, and many more. The Capri 1805 comfortably sleeps a family of 6 with 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa. The Primary Bedroom has a cozy Queen Bed and En-Suite Full Bath. The tropical colors and decor are truly fabulous, and there’s also a Flat Screen TV. The Attached Bath has a beautiful blue Custom Tile Shower/Tub Combo. Making your way down the Hall, you’ll find a Stacked Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet, along with extra storage. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, and a beautiful blue and green backdrop. There’s a Full Bath convenient to both Bedrooms and the Living Area just across the Hall with a Custom tile Walk-in Shower. As you can see, a stay at The Capri 1805 is not just a place to lay your head at night - it’s truly a Vacation Experience. From beaching and swimming, to family fun gathered around the ping pong tables - there’s no doubt you’ll leave this Vacation without memories to last a lifetime. The Capri requires a $75 Amenity Fee payable upon registration. Each condo comes with 1 Parking Spot unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed. Only park in your assign spot. There were 2 other family waiting for a front desk clerk. It took for ever to get the parking and we were charged 75.00 for the spot. I might have miss that in the small print, but i thought 1 spot would be provided with booking. The condo was nice. Could have been a little cleaner. Jacuzzi tub did not work. ##### Jamie M. The kids enjoyed the low key but fun game room. The condo we rented was fine if a little basic. No real complaints. However, some minor staples like salt and pepper, coffee filters would be a nice touch. I might suggest brining your own pillow if you care about such things.The property itself is frankly a bit on the tattered side. The doors and windows in the common areas were filthy our entire trip until the last day. That was a bit of a turnoff. Everything just felt kind of dated and rundown.
