It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Lots of attractions nearby. The condo is on the first floor and has bay view with access to the dock to go fishing. The condo needs a little love. The living room sliding door does not lock (security issue). A few lights were out (master bathroom, second bathroom, master bedroom fan). The couch covers should be cleaned and the closest were in disarray so we couldn’t hang anything in them. We had to organize them. The upgrades in the condo made the place standout. We would consider staying again if the sliding door is fixed. Overall we had a great time regardless of some of the issues. ##### Grace M.
