Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Braemar Towers 404 is a wonderful vacation spot in North Ocean City, with great views of the ocean, beach, and pool! Located in the North Tower, this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and hardwood flooring. Step outside onto the private south-facing balcony for cool breezes and partial views of the ocean to the left and bay to the right. This property is well-equipped for the vacationing family, with free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs, and comfortable sleeping for six. You'll have a reserved, private parking space and plenty of on-street parking available. Braemar Towers has been regarded as one of the nicest and cleanest resorts in Ocean City for years, and there are plenty of reasons why. The resort has everything you need to relax comfortably while keeping everyone in your group entertained. A beachfront outdoor pool sits between the buildings, enhanced by a huge bi-level pool deck with panoramic ocean views. There is an exercise room, saunas, two tennis courts, a large outdoor storage area to hold all your chairs and beach gear, a game room, and beach-level restrooms all available to guests. Head to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or lounge by the pool on the oceanfront sundeck. Challenge your partner to a tennis match, workout in the fitness room, then relax in the sauna. The Braemar Towers is within easy walking distance of beautiful Northside Park which features walking paths, a playground, and a fishing and crabbing pier. Mini-golf, shopping, and restaurants are also close by, including Jr's Ribs Family Restaurant and Higgins Crab House South. THINGS TO KNOW A $75 fee for building use and vehicle registration is paid on-site and due upon arrival. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The building was well set up and easy to navigate. Plenty of hot water for both showers. Basic cleaning measures had been used but the whole place could use a deep scrub. Trash and dirt under the pullout couch. Torn and stained plastic mattress cover underneath pillow top cover. The light in the kitchen is failing so we would not have been able to cook very easily. Check in process was not explained well. We arrived at the hotel condos only to find we needed to drive across town to pickup a key package in order to access our condo. This was after waiting for a 4 pm check in. The vacasa office closed at 5pm so we barely made it back across town before they closed. We were then provided with keys that were supposed to open the gated pool, first floor restrooms, game room and fitness room. These keys did not work. Clearly the condo was in the process of updating everything to a key fob system. I don’t know if Vacasa is not kept up to date on these changes? At any rate communication is clearly lacking. Still had a good time with our family. We are pretty go with the flow but there is definitely room for improvement here. If you’re on a bit of a budget this place will definitely do. 4th floor offered a decent view of the ocean and it’s in a safe and quiet part of town. Wasted 3 days with no satisfaction from Vacasa only to learn later that they knew all along. Fraud. At least the listing has been updated. One day of TLC from the owners would resolve many of the minor issue. Here's a list of issues: front door very difficult to unlock, the second bedroom is a double mattress with a TRUNDLE bed below (that single mattress is cheap as is all the pillows), A/C air return extremely dusty, the drapes in the master bed room are haphazardly hung, bathrooms and kitchen "clean enough" but more could be done, the kitchen mouse bait (poison trap) is readily visible and unappetizing. The proximity to the beach is good. The location in Ocean City is good. I'd return to Braemar Towers but I would book through Century 21, New Horizon local office. ##### chip e. Upon arrival to the room there were towels that were left in the bathroom that were previously used by other guests and had stains on them. (But were set out as If they were new for us) The master shower did not work the water would not turn on, but the shower head leaked and made a constant dripping noise the entire trip. I tried to contact property management/Vacasa with no one coming to actually try and fix the problem. Vacasa then stated they had spoken to my wife about offering us a 10% discount, but they had mixed us up with the family who would be staying in the unit after our departure. So they did nothing to try and fix our problem, but proactively called the next family that would be staying there to give them a heads up one of the showers wouldn’t work and offer them a discount instead. I wasted a lot of time when I was supposed to be on vacation on the phone trying to get this sorted out. The manager (Scott) at the Vacasa office said he was going to call me personally to sort all of this out because a 10% discount doesn’t seem enough, but he did not call and I haven’t heard from anyone else from Vacasa/Braemar towers. I am incredibly disappointed in the entire experience. ##### Sean K.
