Recently renovated condo with private parking. New LVP flooring, new bathroom, new kitchen with granite countertops and has a power adjustable king bed and sofa bed with premium memory foam mattress. Just 1/2 block to the beach and close to Alley Oops, The Crab Bag, Caribbean Mini Golf, Vista Rooftop Lounge, Billy's Subs, amusements, entertainment Fenwick Lighthouse and Northside Park. Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Check-in was easy, condo was clean and well cared for, and we had everything we needed and more to make us feel right at home. This condo is also in a great location, being north of most high rises and away from larger crowds on the beach. It’s a quick walk to the beach and in close proximity to the grocery store, great restaurants, and mini golf courses for entertainment! The attention to the little details that the owner paid attention to were amazing. The condo was clean and decorated very nicely, cozy and very homey. The kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked with anything you need. There was a welcome bag waiting for us that had paper towels, TP, Tide and Dawn. The pool and overall property was also kept very clean. The one and only thing that I was disappointed in was that they had smart TVs that got 100 channels but no normal TV channels like cable news or sports channels or even like CBS NBC or ABC. They were smart TVs so if you had ROKU HULU or YOUTUBE TV the you wouldn’t have an issue. All in all I would recommend this rental to anyone and would consider booking next summer as well. ##### Jerome M.
