Relax on any of the four private balconies - all are comfortably furnished and three of them have wide vistas of the beautiful bay!



For even more outdoor fun, the property includes five beach cruiser bicycles—3 women’s and 2 men’s—along with two stand-up paddle boards, giving guests the perfect way to explore Sunset Island and enjoy time on the water.

A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes.

Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Children three and under do not require a facility pass.

The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100

Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150

Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200

Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
