Large balcony with comfortable seating and a full 180 degree view. Perfect for families or a couples get-a-way with a large living space and dining area all with views of the ocean. This is the first beach rental where we have not felt the need to immediately vacuum, as the condo was immaculate and felt fresh, clean, and new. The rental was inviting and cozy and felt like it was "loved" by the owners. The condo was well-organized, but not cluttered, and had almost anything that you might need during your stay. The location was amazing, right on the beach with an FANTASTIC view of the water, and less crowded than other areas of the beach. Some of our best times were spent sitting on the deck in the evenings and early mornings watching and listening to the waves. So used the kitchen well. The place is well suited for family with kids. Bunk bed in the second bedroom was kind of uncomfortable for Adults. We used the pull out sofa in the LR. We had minor inconveniences which was taken care off immediately by Dave ( the owner) and also compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall , I would rate our stay 4.5 and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for place which is clean, accessible to beach , and walking distance to all shops and restaurants, BTW, this was our first exclusive beach vacation and are planning to do.this every year ##### Aruna R. We had a great week in this condo - perfect location right on the beach. The condo was updated and clean and had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, lots of games. good sized balcony.
