This very popular waterfront building located in mid-town Ocean City which provides a fully equipped 1st floor, 1 bedroom, (MAX 4 people) and 1 bath unit. This entire unit was just remodeled (May 2024). We have new flooring, fresh paint, new furniture throughout, new toilet, secure keyless entry, new blinds, & new windows. In August of 2023, the entire exterior was remodeled, all new decking, railing, stair towers, siding and a drip system in the ceiling so you can enjoy the porch even when it’s raining. Grab your coffee and watch the boats from the porch overlooking the bay, and watch the sun go down right from your porch. No need to find parking at the beach, grab your towel, and sunscreen and walk across Coastal Highway to the beach. The Roland E. Powell Convention Center, is next door which hosts a variety of events year-round. You are within walking distance to many popular hot spots in Ocean City, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, a few blocks from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Seacrets Bar/Nightclub, and too many bars and restaurants to list. Private boat slip and launch ramp is available to add to your rental for an additional $200.00 per stay, prior approval and registration required. Our condo amenities include: Central air Full kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans. Keurig style coffee maker Microwave Refrigerator/freezer In unit stackable washer and dryer Cable tv/WiFi located in the bedroom and living room with Smart Tv. ONLY available for stays between June 1-September 1st Bedroom has 2 new queen beds Breakfast table that seats 2 and a kitchen island that seats 2 more. Porch overlooking the bay Private/guarded off-street parking Private (to Bradley on the Bay residents) outdoor pool overlooking the Bay Outside shower located near the entrance, in between building B and C. \*\*Bring your stand up paddle board or Kayak, this unit is within steps to the launch and boat dock. Fishing pier/cleaning station Waterfront picnic area If you are looking to rent a second unit for a family vacation/event, and would like to be close, please let me know, we have several friends with units at Bradley on the Bay. Important Notes: We will not rent our unit to high school students. Per condo rules, no (non owner) pets allowed No smoking/vaping in the unit, or on the porch. Please obey condo rules listed inside the unit, and always be considerate of other families who are on vacation! Please bring your own beach/pool towels, toiletries, laundry soap, beach chairs, etc. We provide sheets, pillows, a bed cover bath towels, a complimentary roll of toilet paper, paper towels, & a fresh sponge. We will also provide dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent for you to use during your stay. Please note that we strive to provide these items to every guest, but are not guaranteed. We offer a linen service for all guests. This service will include: 4 bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towel, and bath mat. We will also provide you with a flat sheet, and fitted sheet for both beds, pillows (2) and protective coverings.\\ All you will need to bring is your beach/pool towels, as these items aren't included in this service. The cleaning service will make sure both of the beds are made, and the towels are left for you. Upon check-out, please leave all sheets, and towels for the cleaning service to take with them, if any items are missing, a fee will be assessed for replacement cost. I have provided a laundry basket to gather these items in. Parking: This unit has one assigned parking space. Bradley on the Bay itself is a quiet, inviting condo neighborhood. The pool is private for residents/reserved guests only and it was never packed. We saw quite a few other children of varying ages, but, again, this was a quiet, respectful stay. Even having two kids (12, 5) I appreciated that. We were in town for a dance competition at the Convention Center...we could have easily wlaked there! Chose to drive as I didn't wnat my mini dancer's makeup to run. Wonderful, clean, well equipped first floor unit, accomodating and inviting community, amazing host. 10/10\. I highly recommend booking here if you have 4 in your party (or less). Food and activities within walking distance. The North End of the Boardwalk is a 20 minute walk away (which is very close, in my opinion), there are so many activities within walking distance/a short drive. We will be booking again. Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Holly B. 24 juill. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### beautiful little getaway the property was wonderful, the owners were very good communicators- We had a few minor issues such as not having the promised toilet paper, paper towels, or hand towels, which Tina promptly had the cleaning crew drop off the paper goods. Using the keypad was tricky at first and we were in the dark with how to use it. We needed to be there one one day to let a dishwasher repair man in to turn on the brand new dishwasher, which probably should have been done before our visit. We found clothing from previous visitors in the washing machine, and the pull out sofa is horribly uncomfortable, but we made it work by just putting sheets on the couch and not even using the pull out. the kitchen is very well stocked, the freezer gets really cold- there is no ice maker, so we brought a tray and made our own quickly. The garbage can had 1 bag with no spares, and a week on vacation we definitely needed more than 1 bag- i wish i knew, i would have brought some. Overall, the place was great- a few hiccups/issues, but they seemed more to be caused by a rushing cleaning crew, who didn't follow Tina's requests. the dehumidifier was helpful, but i shouldn't have had to clean the filter, it was so thick with dust, i didn't want my family breathing that in so i did it. We had to dump the water daily, but we were so thankful to have the dehumidifier! overall impression: the complex is in a great location, the pool is really nice, the unit is very well maintained, the decor is so charming, the owner is super responsive and nice, and the front porch was our favorite spot, this unit has an amazing view or the bay, it's on the first floor, one away from the corner. We are so happy we chose to spend a week in this condo!! ##### Holly B.
