Oceanfront, plus ocean views from all rooms!!! 3br, with brand new king mattress in master, new twin beds that can be converted into a king bed 2nd bdrm. 2 new queens in 3rd bdrm, living room, dining area, and brand new, fully equipped kitchen!

Amenities: 2 parking spaces with prime parking spots, elevator, large, wrap around balcony with beautiful ocean views, outside dining on balcony, just steps from the beach! Washer and dryer, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils, vacuum, tv's, outside shower area, ac, high-speed internet. Please bring towels, linens and paper products.
Complimentary starter kit which includes coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper and hand soaps.

This is a third floor oceanfront unit. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants/bars, miniature golf, and local shopping! It is also a quick drive to amusement parks, boardwalk, water slides, water sports, tax free outlet mall shopping, assateague island, and so much more!

The perfect condo

Everything about this condo was perfect… the host, the rooms, the location, the view, the layout, the way it is decorated, everything. Such a beautiful condo. Jen was amazing and responded within seconds to any questions we had which was very much appreciated. Really could not ask for more. We’ve been going to OC for 20 years, and I would recommend this condo.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo was inside. The exterior wrap around deck was also incredibly nice to have and we spent a lot of time out there as it had plenty of room for the family.Really my only critique is the parking garage has a steep angle so my car wasn't able to fit in the garage, but the surface lot worked great. Not a hit on the condo at all, just so other sports car owners are aware the garage is tricky. Highly recommend and will likely rent this again for our regular family visits

Great Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Surf’s Edge. The condo has updated decor, a great layout and as a corner beachfront unit, boasts great views. While I had reservations about staying in mid-town OC vs. the north end, the location was great and close to a small grocery store and good restaurants. My family and I would certainly stay here again.

Perfection!!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. I hate when rentals seem to have all the owners’ leftover furniture and a decor. This condo is decorated exactly as I would decorate it if I were living there. The amount of natural light and views from everywhere in the living room/kitchen area are outstanding. The wrap around balcony is huge and has a wide variety of furniture. I especially appreciated the bar height table/stools and Adirondack chairs that enable you to see over the banister and take in a completely unobstructed view. I was so nervous about the Wifi because I would be teaching and my two children would be doing school, but it was fast and reliable. Plus we had plenty of space to spread out and do our work without being on top of each other. The bed in the Master bedroom is super comfortable (another thing I always worry about when renting a place)! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The owners are super friendly and responsive. We came for an escape from our own home, which we’ve all become quite sick of during Covid, and to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday, and we could not have asked for a better place do it! The whole family was feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we are already planning our next stay!

Wonderful getaway with friends

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple nights over Labor Day weekend. Ocean City was wonderful and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for 3 couples. The owners were very responsive and so nice. I’m already looking forward to my next OC vacation at this great condo.

Very Very Nice!!

We've been coming to OC for 10 years and this is BY FAR the nicest place we've stayed at so far. We would gladly stay here again. Freshly remodeled and done with class. Fantastic corner unit with wrap around porch and awesome view of the ocean. Highly recommended!

Lovely condo!

We rented this Surf's Edge condo for a week in July, 2019. We were very satisfied with our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is in a great location and far enough north of the Boardwalk area that it is nice and quiet. The owners were extremely responsive to questions and were always available by text should we need anything during our stay. The only downside is that we ruined our cartop carrier trying to enter the parking deck - the clearance is extremely low so use caution! Aside form that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
