Full&mini wks available Beautiful one bedroom/one bath condo located on 114th Street. One of the rare views in Ocean City with full ocean front and bay view that is absolutely breathtaking. This condo is located on 114th street. On the 11th floor with 3 high speed elevators. The condo sleeps six which has a queen and full size beds in the bedroom and a queen size sofa in the living room. It has a full kitchen, cable tv in the living room and the bedroom,washer/dryer, air conditioning and a Smart TV & Wi-Fi The ocean balcony has a full enclosure with windows that can be opened and brings a relaxing breeze. The building has a great outside sun deck with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. It has an outdoor pool and showers just steps to the beach. The pool level has bathrooms for your convenience. Entertainment, restaurant and bus stop is across the street along with the Gold Coast Mall directly across the street and groceries just blocks away. The building has plenty of parking. There is. $50\. building registration fee that is not part of our rental. To describe waking up and looking out at that view over the ocean when the sun is coming up. Sitting on the enclosed patio enjoying the breeze over dinner. Sitting in the living room with the numerous fans and ac calling you off after a day in the sun. If it got any better, oh wait, I locked myself out. Oh, Robin responds quickly and we are back in. Our stay at this condo went above and beyond anything we expected. The condo is gorgeous, completely renovated and extremely clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular! And, the convenience to the beach is what put it over the top for us. It was so easy for our family to be able to be on the beach within minutes, making it extremely easy for our young kiddos. Host Robin is so responsive and helpful. She really made us feel at ease going into the trip. Our family is hooked and we can not wait to return for our next vacation.
