Beds were not comfortable.. like a squeaky box .2nd bedroom had a noticeable amount of sand on the floor. Location was the selling feature of this property.We also have never spent this amount of money on a place and would think more services would come with the apartment. We had to remove the trash, strip the beds, make the beds ( with bedspreads) and pick up and return keys across town.
