The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. There is something magical about staying in an ocean front building but even more so when that building is also located on the boardwalk. Start your mornings with a bike ride or walk down the boardwalk and have breakfast at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants. Not in the mood to exercise? Pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy the water views from your balcony. Either way, your day is starting out great! From there, get your things together and enjoy the short walk to the beach as you enjoy your fun filled day of splashing in the waves. If the sand isn’t your thing, you’ll love the indoor pool. As the sun sets, the boardwalk comes alive. There is shopping up and down the boardwalk and food options galore! You’ll love watching the talented street performers and kids will love the arcades. Be sure to go to the inlet and enjoy the amusements and rides. The huge Ferris wheel is always a must see! Located off of 12th Street, you will be strategically located and really don’t even need a car as the bus stop is close and the tram runs up and down the boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants nearby such as Shenanigan’s, Brass Balls Saloon, Barn 34, Sahara Café and our favorite the Spain Wine Bar. After dinner, you’ll enjoy plenty of great entertainment such as mini golf, go carts, paint ball and of course the numerous bars that have some of the best music around. You’ll love staying in this unit with its recent updates. There is new flooring throughout, new bedroom furnishings, newer kitchen table and living room. The kitchen has updated cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.
