Professionally decorated, the interior of Sea Watch 1003 displays an open-concept layout and continued ocean and city views. When you aren't hanging out on the living room's soft sofa, sip on something sweet on the bay-view, wrap-around balcony. Elegant and modernly equipped, the kitchen features granite countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and fully-equipped kitchenware to serve up sumptuous meals. Curated for restful slumber, the condo's bedrooms are equally lovely. The primary bedroom boasts a workstation, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. Don't forget that every aspect of your beach needs is included with items like a cooler, buggy, beach mats, and boogie boards. Outside of your retreat, the on-site perks continue in the form of shared pools, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a game room. Within minutes of Sea Watch 1003, explore Northside Park, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Freeman Arts Pavilion, and the area's numerous eateries, shops, and of course, beaches. Things to Know Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact Vacasa for off-season availability. This condo features a den/sunroom with pocket doors that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 10. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great space and location. Lots of fantastic amenities.Unfortunately, we had issues with not one mouse, not two mice, but three mice during our stay. We were so upset we ended up leaving early and drove 13 hours in the middle of the night to get home because we couldn't stomach staying another night.Management was of very little help and very little was done by the owner to rectify the issue. Definitely would not recommend staying in this unit or building to anyone else. This unit is on the 10th floor. If this unit is having issues like this then it's obvious there is a bigger issue going on in the building. ##### Bethany M. The balcony offered a good view of the beach/ocean. We took advantage of most of the amenities offered at the condo complex (pools, pickleball and basketball courts, volleyball, and cornhole), which was nice with our kids who prefer to be active rather than relax at the beach (sigh)! While we did have to drive to some places, such as the boardwalk, there was plenty to see and do within walking distance. My only wish was that there was a Keurig, which there was not. Small detail, we managed with the coffee maker in the unit. Having beach chairs and an umbrella provided for renters to use more than made up for it. ##### Randy C.
