It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. This is the first time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's location! The instructions for the TV are wrong. It's not HD so if it doesn't work, check that cables are in the cable box and not the DVD player. Otherwise this place was amazing! You can see the ocean but you cannot hear it at all. We had no linens on the beds or any towels or any hand soap.
