The condo was surface level clean but could use a good deep cleaning. This unit is dated with no updates since being built in the 70s. The kitchen cabinet drawer was broken and hanging, the refrigerator door rack was broken and duct taped, the over the stove microwave had the handle broken off and another microwave was placed on the counter. Many light bulbs needed to be replaced and the vents needed to be cleaned. The patio furniture feels very brittle and needs to be replaced. The worst part was the beds. The king size bed had soft spots that you’d roll over and get stuck in and the queen bed was hard and squeaked every time you moved. This unit needs a major overhaul. In the main bedreem the large mirror's anchor bolt was hanging partially out of the wall. Apparently it had somehow fallen with the prior tenant and hit the extension cord plug to the TV electronics, breaking off the grouding post in the wall. It tokk multiple calls over the next 1 1/2 days to at least get the TV's working. Poor job of the staff not to notice these things and poorer response to my multple calls to Vacasa. ##### Dave R.
