Having linens provided, as well as "starter" toiletries was extremely helpful, as it cuts down on all of the extra items that we had to remember to pack. Not needing to make all of the beds, as well as not needing to strip them all down at the end was also a huge plus. Checkout mornings are always hectic, and this checkout process was the easiest we've had. The hosts were also extremely responsive with communications. We will 100% stay here again! ##### Jen S. We only had a few days to stay in Matt and Julie’s place in OCMD but had a great time! The home was just as listed and in great condition. Great location, good parking, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The hosts were responsive when we had any questions through the VRBO app. Plenty of kitchen amenities and very clean. Very cleanly and in a nice neighborhood. Only a block from the beach and boardwalk with many food and recreational options in walking distance.
