You'll find everything needed for planning at-home meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room smart TV is ideal for family movie nights and there's also a small flatscreen TV in the bedroom for added convenience. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Complimentary Peacock streaming is available for guest use. For an additional sleeping option, there’s a full sofabed in the living room. Community restrictions prohibit grilling in common areas and hanging towels or beach gear on railings. Smoking is not permitted along common area walkways and is strictly prohibited in or at the home. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Stayed three nights and it did the job. It was in walking distance of the beach and a few places to get some grub. Assigned parking is the best- don’t have to drive around hoping to find something. The patio furniture was nice to have for the night time. The only thing that didn’t work properly was not in the apartment- it was the building hose to rinse off sand. Not sure if they turn it off a certain time of day; it would work after a morning walk on the beach but not in the afternoon(this happened two days in a row) everything else was great and convenient! ##### Addy A.
