Small, but clean
The place it self was quaint. It was small but clean. Great location. My only complaint was the bed. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and I could only do one due to the quality of the bed. I’ve been very lucky to have never had this problem before at other hotels. I understand now how big of a deal it is.

Breakfast was horrible, for the price I paid I should get better quality of food dam, the pool was so dam small not even 5 people fit in there horrible. I regret booking a room here…. Never again

The amenities are misleading. The room is small and does not have storage at all. The staff was rude beyond belief. Towels were cheap and useless. Shower had no water pressure. Beds were uncomfortable. Room needs to be cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend. Spend a little bit more money and stay at one of the hotels. On the positive side, the location was decent and walkable to the all the shops.

the beach/boardwalk is a quick 2 min walk, there’s a food lion (basic grocery’s) & alcohol store a mile away, room was clean upon arrival, slight odor coming from the bathroom but if you close the bathroom door the odor goes away, check-in/check-out was easy

The rooms are so small, you could barely walk around, their is no elevator, i took my mother who is 75 yrs old and has a hard time walking up the stair they gave me a room on the 3rd level and when i requested a change for the first level they wanted to charge me more.

The location couldn't have been better. Parking onsite. Could see the beach from our patio. Close enough to run back to the room for the bathroom or a quick change of clothes for dinner! And fantastic restaurants nearby--especially Casita Linda.

Close to the beach, and affordable in July
You get what you pay for, so my visit to Beach Bum was pretty much what I expected-- an inexpensive stay close enough to the beach. On that score it was really great! The room was small but comfortable and clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the staff are friendly and nice. The stairs were steep and there was no elevator, so plan accordingly. I would def stay here again.

Great and affordable stay in ocmd
Very nice stay for me and my two children. Rooms are small but efficient and clean. The mini fridge and microwave were nice to have. We enjoyed the balcony and the pool. It was also nice to have the complimentary breakfast every morning. Couldn't ask for more for the price. It was literally a one block walk to the beach and boardwalk area with rides and games was a short walk.

We didn't like how staff came to our room 2 times in the same day just to empty trash that we really didn't have, didn't replace washclothes or towels, tv sucked,no iron or ironing board, floor would be wet fir no reason and it definitely wasn't worth the amount of money that we were charged.i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worse night of sleep ever
Check in was fast n painless. Room we got was clean. Bathroom sink was so oddly small, hard to brush ur teeth if ur right handed due to lack of room. Our bath tub wasnt draining right. Slow drain, was taking a shower in stabd still water. The bed was so uncomfortable because it was flimsy. It was slanted. We had to find a spot on the edge to get a firm spot to lay on. WORSE BED EVER. It was too late in the night to ask for another room. Plus we only stayed a night on our way down to FL. People outside was so loud. Free continental breakfast was mini boxed cereal n coffee.

Not that enjoyable!
Water standing when taking a shower. Bed sunk down not enough pillows. Entrance door was not secure. Breakfast was not all well. Coffee pot was old did not taste good. The pictures are not what it says when Breakfast is offered.

Dear Ms Pamela, Our records show that you showed up to check in with A CAT which we do no allow at our hotel. That is why we turned your booking down and refunded you in full. I am sorry you felt that was not good enough service since Hotels.com does not list us as pet friendly place and we could have just held your down payment as cancelation fee.
