Coral Seas is a bayfront building on 76th St. and this unit is south facing with a bay view to the west from the balcony. This charming property on the second floor offers the perfect retreat with breathtaking bay views and all the comforts of home. The condo features an inviting living space with comfortable seating and a Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies (with your login credentials). The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a Keuring, coffee pot and toaster oven. Wi-Fi throughout the unit ensures you stay connected, whether you're working remotely or sharing vacation photos with friends and family. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and four twin beds (two single bunks) in the third bedroom, making it ideal for families. This condo boasts three full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to get ready for a day of bayfront fun or exploring Ocean City. A full sized washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience. You'll received 2 unassigned, covered parking spaces (with a maximum clearance of 6'8".) Coral Seas #208 is situated in a prime location, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The building also has an elevator. You'll be close to mini golf, a supermarket and some of the best restaurants and bars in town including walking distance to Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and Dead Freddies to name a few. \*\*Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $149.99\. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products. \*\*We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.\*\* \*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups.
