It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Vacasa was a nightmare to deal with and the property manager Greg couldn’t be bothered to come to the condo and despite it being dirty he couldn’t get anyone to clean it till the next morning. He promised to have someone there first thing. Greg wanted pictures sent to him because again he couldn’t do his job and come out to the condo so I sent him lots of pictures and he never once responded or called me. Very unprofessional and rude! We wound up cleaning it as no one showed until after 5:00 pm the next day. The condo was decent but neither the host or property manager took responsibility for anything.
