This charming bayfront vacation rental boasts an open concept that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one big and comfortable space. Kick back and relax on one of the comfortable couches and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon watching your favorite movies or shows on the flatscreen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks. This family-friendly condo also has access to a community pool that will refresh you after a long and active day in town. Just a four blocks walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Ocean City. From the boardwalk to the Jolly Roger at the Pier amusement park, there are plenty of things to keep you busy during your vacation. You could also simply relax on the beach with a good book or swim in the ocean waves. Up and down the Coastal Highway you will find several different restaurants to dine at and shops to pop in to as well. THINGS TO KNOW Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023\. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024\. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring. Until further notice due to local restrictions and regulations shared amenities may not be available at the time of your stay. Smoking is prohibited. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Oct 6, 2023 #### Great location but needs updates Positives: The location is great. It's very close to the boardwalk. The view of the marina is lovely. Parking is convenient (though figuring out the numbering system in the garage is tricky). The condo was clean. Downsides: The queen bed had the worst mattress I've ever slept on. This is not an exaggeration. I ended up sleeping on the couch instead until finding the air mattress the next day. If the owners don't want to buy a new mattress, I'd at least recommend a foam topper. The blinds had broken/missing slats so there was no privacy in the living room at night. The kitchen was not well stocked. It had the bare minimum. I was surprised there was not a cheese grater. I consider that a staple. I also recommend adding a blender, but that's not expected. The patio furniture is lacking and really needs an upgrade. At least adding a coffee table out there, but ideally some cushioned patio chairs. I gave it 4 stars because the because the bathrooms could be updated (even just changing the faucets would make a big difference), and Vacasa did not respond to my messages via vrbo. I had to call them and then text using the number given in the automated message. I messaged them twice, a couple days apart with a question and got no response. The sliding patio screen door should be replaced but with no flying insects the door can be kept open. I would highly recommend this location for adults. May 26, 2021 #### Great Location!! Wonderful View!! Lovely weekend in this great condo!! Enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the beautiful view, Condo is close to boardwalk & easy access to the beach!! We were there for a girls weekend get-a-way, so we didn’t really use the kitchen, but it looked like it had the basics for those staying longer or wanting to eat in. The coffee maker was a little tricky, but we were able to figure it out & got it to work. It was missing luggage carts, which would have been helpful (they did have a few old shopping carts that we used, luckily it was only for a few days, so we didn’t have a lot of luggage). It was great to sit on the porch watching the sunset!
