There's an inviting living room with a flatscreen TV, a bayfront balcony through the glass doors, a small deck at the front entrance, and a private washer/dryer for your ease and convenience. This condo is located on the bayside, only two blocks from the ocean beach. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block east. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than three miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just three miles south. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Jul 18, 2023 #### Great price and Location. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and loved watching the sunset from the balcony. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 chairs on the balcony were broken so we only had 2 seats we could sit on. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the kitchen was nice with plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking at the condo. The bathroom in the master bedroom was very tight to get in and out of the shower since the shower door could only be opened partially due to the toilet being in the way. Also the tv in the living room would not turn on. We were at the beach most of the time so was not a huge deal but every time we would think about calling to see if someone could look at it it would be after hours. ##### Leah B. Safety should be the number one priority. But sadly this was not the case for us. We have a 14 month baby that almost fell through the pole on deck. Which is located on the 3rd floor. The nails wasn't in the pole so the top half of his body was through the hole. His dad quickly jumped and grabbed him. This is unacceptable! I spoke with a employee on the phone and via message. This happened on Sunday when we checked in. Maintenance didn't come until this morning at 845\. We checked out at 10am. It rained all evening/night yesterday \*Monday but we didn't let the baby outside due to safety. So he was stuck in the house. I called multiple times. I sent in pictured and asked for a partial refund. Them employee was supposed to get back to me yesterday but didn't. We stayed at seabay Vista bay 2 301 ##### Ashley D.
