Take in a view of Assawoman Bay from your private balcony at Thunder Island 103B, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo where you can relax and unwind on the bayside of Ocean City. Inside, you'll be greeted by a main living space with glass doors that open to the balcony overlooking the building's pool and the bay (looking right). There's a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits nightly, free WiFi throughout the condo, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Thunder Island is a bayfront property that's wonderful for beach-goers, convention attendees, and boating enthusiasts alike. On the grounds, you'll find an outdoor pool and a dock (the dock is available for an additional fee); right next door is the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. You'll be less than two blocks from the ocean beach and within walking distance of midtown's many restaurants, shops, bars, mini-golf courses, and other attractions. Things to Know Full kitchen The dock is available for an additional fee; boat slips are not guaranteed No pets and no smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
