Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Conveniently located between the beach and the bay, this 2BR/2BA condo is the ideal Ocean City home away from home. Walk just 5 minutes to the sandy shore, or enjoy the sunset and bay view from two balconies -- one private, and one shared with the next-door unit. Explore local hotspots, outlet shopping, and upscale eateries, all within a few minutes. \*\* If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent 2BR condo as well. \*\* LIVING AREA After a day of adventure, unwind in the open living area where a sleeper sectional and smart TV await. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty dishes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. When dinner is served, the kitchen table seats four. BED & BATH This condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the private balcony off the bedrooms, complete with two Adirondack chairs and a water view. The balcony off the living area has a patio swing and bar seating for up to eight. Shared with the adjacent condo, this social space overlooks the waterway leading to the bay. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Reserved parking is available for one car in the carport. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lot. This single-level condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available. The larger balcony is semi-open to the balcony of the adjacent condo (there is a partial divider wall). LOCATION Pack a picnic and relax on the beach, located a 5-minute walk from your door! Your rental is within easy walking distance of shopping, watercraft rentals, and a range of restaurants, from formal dining to quick bites. Spend the day on the Ocean City Boardwalk or make memories at Jolly Roger Amusement Park's Splash Mountain. Other nearby attractions include DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Asked to check in at 4 and was told I could not because unit was being cleaned. Being it was the day before Thanksgiving I thought this was odd because Ocean City itself was a ghost town already. Directions did not indicate there were multiple buildings. Another tenant was double parked ln my reserved space and guest services told me to leave a note on the car asking them to move. Outside door was banged up and filthy and didn't really look like a safe outside door. Door access code didn't work so I had to call guest services again to locate a spare key. Then when we walked into the unit it smelled of mildew like clothes had been left in the washer for months. Bedspreads were stained and there was mold in bathrooms. The freezer had rusty shelves and the fridge vent was broken off. Nails in walls with no pictures hanging on them. After 15 minutes we were both feeling very ill from the smell and left the property and stayed in a hotel one night and came home early. There is no local property manager though guest services kept saying they would put me in touch with them. I spent the weekend at home trying to get in contact with someone in the area to request a refund and kept getting the runaround until finally after talking to at least 8 people through the app and threatening to leave bad reviews everywhere some manager finally "alerted the local team who agreed to a refund." I would give zero stars if I could. ##### Kathleen M.
