For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. This beautiful 5 BR 3.5 BA home has had many recent updates for the 2022 season and is ready to make this your most memorable Ocean City trip yet! On the main floor, you will find beautiful wood paneled walls and amazing wood flooring. The living room has new furnishings along with a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has new cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those family time meals at home. There are several dining options on this level including seating in the dining area, the private porch off the dining area and the balcony off the living room area. Both outdoor areas have overhead string lighting and is a wonderful place to relax in the evening. Especially the front patio where you can hear the waves crashing onto the beach! The entry level bedroom has a Queen size bed along with a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the third floor and have a King bed and two full beds along with a shared full bath. The top floor has bedrooms 4 and 5 with another King bed and a pyramid bunk bed (full on the bottom and a single on the top) along with another shared full bath. Both front bedrooms have a private balcony and provide views of the ocean. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and wireless internet so that you can “stay connected.” The outside pool is a great option to cool off on those warm summer days or a pleasant change from the ocean. There are also charcoal grills next to the pool area for guest use. This house is located on 71st street and is centrally located to all the fun that Ocean City and surrounding towns have to offer. Whether you are heading for a fun filled day at Assateague Island, the outlets in Rehoboth Beach or anywhere in between, this house puts you in the center of it all. It is also a smart choice for those who may going to Berlin or Salisbury for events as it provides easy access to route 90\. You will love the proximity to many great restaurants and bars including Seacret’s, Fager’s Island, Long Boards, Rosenfeld's, Shott’s Point and the kids favorite Alley Oops, just to name a few. You will also be close to miniature golf, waver runner rentals, boat rentals, SOP rentals and the famous Jolly Roger Amusement Park. The dining table was large enough to seat all 9 of us for dinner and the kitchen was supplied with all the needed utensils. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. Since we stayed during a winter month linens were not provided, which was a bit inconvenient having to pack sheets and towels for everyone. We had a small issue and we reached out to the owner and they responded back in a short time. They only thing that I would suggest is for the cleaners to dust everything and sweep under the furniture. The first floor accommodations were perfect for the grandparents with washer/dryer, bathroom and walk out to pool area. The kitchen dinning area was big enough for all of us to sit together for family meals. The outside shower was great for washing off after the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the outside patio furniture is amazing. Such great quality. Any questions or issues we had which were minor were addressed quickly.
