The building is located on 109th street and close to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, Northside Park, movies, miniature golf, go carts, laser tag and even a water park.

There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. You will love having three full-sized bathrooms in this unit which is extremely rare, and all have been recently remodeled. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there if free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected.” There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use.

* A one-time $50 resort fee paid to directly to the Golden Sands at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $20/day but are on a first come first served basis. (Parking is handled directly through the bldg.)
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Golden Sands is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year round.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
