Sleeping only 8 adults and 1 child, it is located on the Bayside on St. Louis Ave.in downtown OC, you're just a short stroll from our famous Boardwalk, yet still in a quiet, peaceful location. There is Shopping, Dining, Entertainment all nearby AND the Beach is just a short 10 minute walk from this fabulous home! To top it all off, you can even bring the family dog!! As you enter this lovely home on the 1st floor, here you will find access to the Garage and the Den with Flat Screen TV and Sleeper Sofa, and Full Bath with a Walk-in Shower! As you make your way up the stairs to the main Living Area, you will fall in love with the wonderful Open Floor Plan that allows you to enjoy your Vacation and spend time with your family without ever feeling crowded. This area is home to the Large Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen as well as a convenient Half Bath. After a day at the Beach or an afternoon of fun on our famous Boardwalk you'll love relaxing in the Living Areas cozy furniture, and enjoying the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Large Flat Screen TV. Lovely Glass Doors lead to the Furnished Balcony - can't you just small the calming Bay Breeze? What a great place to wind down the day sipping a glass of Pinot and reminisce on the adventures of the day. The Chef in the family will appreciate the well-stocked Kitchen with spacious Countertops, and every gadget you could possibly need. Enjoy meals in the spacious Dining Area or settle in for a Family game night. There is even a Breakfast Bar for a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Upstairs, you will find 3 beautifully decorated Bedrooms and 2 more Full Baths! The Primary Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed, large Flat Screen TV, and stunning En-Suite Bath with a Double Vanity, decadent Soaking Tub and a Walk-in Shower. Down the hall, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) and Flat Screen TV - a great place for the kids to relax after a day of fun in the sun! Close to restaurants, beach, bay and great park. There was an ant problem in master bedroom. And though generally the house seemed clean, there was dog hair on the floor and my pillow in the bedroom and someone’s clothes on the side of the washer. The other renters there during our stay (several different renters) were quite young and quite load long in to the night. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with plenty of pots and pans but only 1 measuring cup and no measuring spoons. ##### Carol S.
