Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a mirrored living room wall maximize the natural light and the beautiful oceanfront view. Step outside onto the balcony to dine al fresco with a commanding view of the beach, or stay inside to bask in the comfort of air conditioning, plush furnishings, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Additional amenities include a fully appointed kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.
No smoking.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the room- it had comfortable beds, updated washer/dryer, updated kitchen counters/cabinets. The room is situated near the trash chute which you could hear if you were a light sleeper, but it did not bother us. Would stay again!

This condo was wonderful. From the location to how comfy it was. There was 8 of us and it was still roomy. The only negatives were the tub didn’t drain very well at all, the floors weren’t very clean and can definitely use some baking pans. Otherwise it was awesome!!

This is one of our favorite condos. Very clean and well kept. Everything you need is there, so just relax and enjoy the beach! Pyramid has a great pool, and is oceanfront in all units. Judy at Vacasa is always helpful with your needs. An AC issue was promptly fixed. Highly recommend!

#### It was ok.
It was nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer for a beach stay. It was nice having the beach right there. The pyramid staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned the pool every morning which was appreciated. The condo is definitely showing its age. The kitchen tile floor qrout was gross. The living room rug needs replacing as it was filthy. I would not let my children walk around without socks on. The remote for the tv was exceptionally sticky. The condo layout was not great for a family of 4\. All the furniture was old, showing wear, staining. The beds were so uncomfortable. Either cheap or old not sure but after 3 nights on them I feel broken. We wouldn’t stay here again in the future.

#### Was a nice stay
I’m ranking it 3 stars because there were many places in the condo that showed its age and also because the bedrooms are very warm even with the A/C set pretty low. But it’s not a bad place and we enjoyed our time there. The pool was very nice.

#### Perfect vacation!!
Wonderful stay at the Pyramid!!! I have stayed in this building for years. Love the amenities and staff. Love the beach access anytime day and night. Once you have the private balcony with ocean views, you never go back. 6G was perfect. Very clean. Great for 2 teenagers. Accessible bathroom for mother. Furniture was in great condition. So glad to have clean sheets and towels. And a plus is the laundry unit inside. Would definitely stay at the Pyramid again. Vacasa made check in easy even though they moved off the premises. Bonus was the electronic entry. Didn’t have to worry about someone losing their keys!!!

Condo is nicely appointed and has everything you need to feel at home. We like The Pyramid because of the great view and proximity to the beach Very easy checking and checkout Just a few suggestions for the owner: maybe a coffee table in front of the sofa, curtains on the bedroom windows and on the window at the front door. The light outside is very bright at night and it’s too much light in the bedroom. Not dark enough for sleeping ( for me). Maybe some smaller drinking glasses Overall we enjoyed our stay in G6

#### Life long renter at Pyramid
We love this building its all ocean facing, quick walk to the beach and being at the opposite end of the boardwalk... we were very unhappy with the rental company. We wanted to add an extra night and they wanted to charge us twice for cleanfee and whatever fees making adding an additional night unaffordable . I feel bad for the property owners who are missing out of revenue due to the greed of the rental company. My family has been renting here since I was a kid and it was always so east but now but dealing with the rental company now put a bad tasdte in my kouth

Everything was great, with the exception of things in the kitchen. Only pots and pans, no baking sheets or pans, not big enough bowls with lids for salads and fruit. Very scarce on paper supplies too. We are used to VRBO being very nicely stocked with everything you need. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip
