Our rental home was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and extremely well equipped with everything you could want and more at a rental property. The place was absolutely perfect for (2) 4-person families. We enjoyed all of the community amenities including the pool, bay beach, and restaurant as well as the close proximity to the ocean beach and nearby venues like Longboard Cafe, Old Pro Golf, and Dead Freddies. The gated community felt very safe and family friendly. There is a great walking trail all the way around the island. (About a mile). Three different beaches and very clean property. The home (notice I didn’t write house because it felt more like HOME) had everything you could ask for. There were lots of bikes of all sizes. Floats for the bay, sand toys, tons of beach chairs, a beach cart…they thought of everything! The kitchen was fully furnished. The bedrooms were very roomy and the mattresses were comfy.
