Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. When we got there, there was nothing in the box with my name and no one was in the office, they had left early for the day. Called the number for property mngt., we were then told we didn't need to be there and could go directly to the property. Wasted 45 mins of my time, no refund, no extra hour to stay. It was off season in February, I feel they could have extended Sunday check out from 10 to 11\. The condo was fantastic! beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need. Door lock was a little tricky. when you touch the keypad touch whatever numbers show up and then the whole numbered keypad will appear, then you can put in the unlock/lock code. No cable TV, so make sure you have your own streaming services username and passwords with you or watch YouTube. We would stay at this condo again but the property management company wasn't so helpful. ##### Denise v.
