Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. An easy 10 minute walk and we were on the sand, much more worth the price than paying a premium just to be on the beach side of the highway. We only even drove to dinner 2 nights out of 5 because there is so much to do within walking distance. We have been vacationing in Ocean City for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. We love the mid-town location close to restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is clean and updated with a wonderful balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Although it’s centrally located, the building is quiet and is a short walk to the beach. The space was ample for all of us, had a beautiful view of the sunset over the bay, and had fantastic access to the beach. Very clean and replete with amenities for cooking, cleaning, and coffee.
